I would be more concerned that your a 12 YO boy who knows his measurements. Don't worry about all that stuff, your 12. Enjoy being a kid while you can. Your DR and mom will let you know if there is cause to be concerned and will tell you what to eat. If they have not, don't worry, your fine.

You should exercise. Because you're almost 13 and when those hormones kick in - your body will need to get into shape to keep up with all the physical changes.
My advice, is exercise. You're overweight.

You are young but you do need to move around. Don't sit around the house so much. PlayStation and Cable and Computer. You sound like a nice guy get out there and make connections meet your peers and find interest. Don't worry about the weight.

Ya, not sure why you know your measurements, but besides that, I don't think you're that far off. Think you may enjoy going out and playing though. My little brother is 13 1/2 and weighs 118, he's also 5"2 though, you're pretty tall! None of my family is very tall. But anyways, he's not skinny, he's a nice size. He's involved in lots of sports, and really doesn't pay attention to what he eats though. Everyones body works differently, gotta find out what works for you!

First of all the BMI is pretty much useless. It says I am overweight but the fact of the matter is that I have a lot of muscle on me.
The real question that you should be asking yourself is "when I look in the mirror am I happy with my physique?". For starters without pics it's impossible for us to give a critique. Second of all happiness with one's own physique can really only come from the person's own content with their physique, meaning I don't think it's a good idea to alter one's body for the content of other people. It's a *tad* bit different for females because often they rely on their looks for their livelihood but since you are a male stop worrying about whether other people like your physique and think about your own happiness with your body.
BTW do yourself a favor and stop sitting at home. Try learning how to lift weights or play sports, it will pay off exponentially in the long run.
