How old are you? You need to start exercising more and start weight training. That works. you'll see results as soon as four weeks. You will however need to start eating more protein! Important! PROTEIN!

Don't worry about gaining weight. As long as you're eating healthy and getting your nutrition you're fine. Your weight doesn't make a difference. I'm just like you. People are trying to loose weight, not gain.
