should try to excercise more, at least 3 times a week for at least 30 mins. you should try to portion control what you eat, don't starve yourself, just eat smaller portions. try to drink more water, if you can walk somewhere instead of driving, then walk. take the stairs instead of the elavator if possible. keep active.
Okay, I say this alot, but couldn't resist answering one more question about weight. You have to stop consuming high fructose corn syrup and MSG. They both make you fat in ways that are not normal. To me it's a big scam they have on people. MSG deadens your receptors in your brain that say full, so eating alot of MSG will keep you hungry. High fructose corn syrup is not processed like sugar in your body. It is processed by your liver instead of your pancreas making triglycerides (fat in the blood stream).
