i am only eating one meal a day. how much damage am i doing to my body?

If your trying to loose weight your going to screw yourself over in the future. your body will slow its metabilism down so that the one meal that you eat lasts all day. therefore when you start eating the way you need to you'll gain weight really fast. the best thing for you to do is instead of eating 1 meal eat 6 small meals a day. this will speed up your metabolism up and give your bady the energy it needs to burn calories. I tried the whole not eating bit when I was 13 till i was 15. I now have a hole in my stomach and puke up mast of what i eat.

It is not healthy to eat one meal a day. You are only doing more damage to your body than good. If your stomach does not have food in it, the acid within will consume the layer of your stomach because it does not have any food to take. You should eat five small meals a day. Good luck!
