Sweating is a good thing....?


Question:
While working out, you sweat, which is a good thing. What happens to the sweat though? You obviously cant wipe it all with a towel. Does some of it get re-absorbed into your skin, and if so, is that healthy?

this is how sweating works:

when you heat up a film of sweat covers your skin, then the heat from your body transfers into your sweat causing your body to cool down and the sweat to evaporate.

so, no. it doesn't re - absorb into yur skin. it evaporates.
