Depending on what you eat I think you can lose 5-20 ponds. But I don't know a much about this topic.
The minimum caloric intake is 1200 calories per day. If you continue down the path you have suggested, you might not lose much weight. Our bodies are conditioned for "feast and famine" meaning if your body gets too few calories, it will shut down and store the fat that you are trying to lose.
You should try 1200 calories a day with no exercise or 1300 calories a day with minimal exercise.
don't rush yourself but, walking is the best known excercise to help you lose weight and it will also even out your figure.
I don't think you'll be able to stand the rythm! With so few calories you will burn muscle, not fat. You'll be tired, your metabolism will be slow and you'll feel such hunger that you'll overeat and stuff yourself with anything (specially bread). In the end you'll gain weight, a lot more, and force your metabolism to adjust to hunger periods, therefore storing more fat. Eat more protein, do cardio and weights. Limit your carbs to whole foods. You'll be amazed at how fast you lose weight and how energized you'll feel. In two months you'll be gorgeus. good luck!

Hummm forget about the set ups for now, just do cardio, and more cardio, at least 30 till max of 45 minutes.... set ups wont do much if you dont get rid of the fat first, so do more time in the cardio machine, and set ups just 2 to 3 times a week.... and please try to do at least 100 and then give your body a few days to recover...
