Answers:
You can't loose 50 lbs in 2 months in a healthy way. You also can't really lose 50 lbs period with out some regular excercise. Aerobic & strength training excercise will help you loose the weith the best.

you can't do it in 2 months and stay healthy---exercise helps to lose it faster and your body will look better--i didn't exercise and there is flab and wrinkles
The best way to stay fit and trim is not to do the up & down diets, the reason people gain weight is because they are in need of vitamins and nutrients and when you stave yourself, your body is saying store more fat, because there is not enough food, try drinking 2% or 1% milk at least at bedtime.
Exercise is always good, I will probably start when I don't have to pay my Sr-22 Insurance anymore in January.
Well first you need to find your ideal wieght for your height. and I am guessing from the way you writem your ideal wieght is probably not 107. Its probably around 120-135. Loosing 25 pounds a month is not safe. Try aiming from 5-7 pounds a month. You will not have a six pack in two months and you will not be able to get one without excersizing. Also, diet and excersize go hand in hand. Just trying to loose wieght by means of cutting down on food is not going to work. You just loose nuetrients. Try to choose healthier choices in the foods you eat. Cooking Light has some terrific options (its a magazine). Also, dont do a thousand sit ups. Do 45-60 minutes of vigorous cardio three days a week and 30-45 minutes of wieght training (Yoga is great for this) three days a week. Alternating days of cardio with wieght training. With this, you could look great by the end of fall. But you cannot just go back to the way you are now, if you want to keep the wieght off, you need to keep it up. Its a lifestyle, not a part time job.
