my blood pressure is OK & my doc says im ok yet i get chest pains. what else besides heart prbs can cause this

Digestion problems, stress, inflammation infection, there are many things. Check webmd there is a symptom check list for chest pain. There is nothing more scary than chest pain. I hope you feel better soon.

Stress is a major contributing factor that affects many of our ailments today. Physicians have just in the last decade, realized how it can compound illnesses. I'm hoping all you are suffering from is acid reflux or heartburn. I was suffering from the same thing and it turned out to be acid reflux.
Sometimes stress can cause this problem or anxiety.
Smoking causes chest pains,I'm 63 never had a stroke! I have a lot of stress in my life but never got chest pains for it.But i been smoking for 45 years and every now had then i get aw full chest pains,its from smoking.When i stop for a while i don't get any chest pains! Wish i could quit but I'm addicted,i cut down to 4 aday but as you get older its bad on your heart and lungs!

II Got a blood test already.
Anxiety attacks can also cause this problem. I would start discussing other options with your MD. Or get a second opinion since this one doesn't seem to give a hoot about your pains.
