If you lose 4 inches how many pounds is that?

Question:
What about 3 and 5?

Answers:
losing inches doesnt correspond to losing weight ya know.

im just guessin 10 pounds.

of course measure the waist line with ur weight to find out.
if ya can.

Other Answers:
About 10-15 pounds per inch.
Uhh you can't really tell- pounds and inches don't correspond normally like calories and weight...
(Ex: 3000 calories = 1 lbs if memory serves)...

Try weighing yourself- then loosing your target inch rate- and then weigh yourself again.

You never say "I lost 4 pounds which equals a certain amount of weight"
It's I lost this much weight AND this many inches off my waist line...
