Question:
i need a job but my parents don't want me to get one and i know it can help me loose weight.

Answers:
There is a special exercise, it's relatively easy to do, and a sure absolutely fail safe way to loose weight without dieting. It's called the push*back and here's how.

Sit up straight in front of your plate of food, bowl of chips, whatever, push your chair straight back away from the table, and get up.

Worked for me, it'll work for you

Other Answers:
mmmh do some sports

why can't you go on a diet? Getting a job won't help you loose weight. Try eating more yellow foods, and moving around more. Why don't your parents want you to get a job. Do you want to swap places with my daughter, she does not want to get a job, and I need her to get one.

just add water

go for walks.

What is the reason that you can't go on a diet? I wanted to lose 10-15 pounds and I went to GNC and bought some Hydroxycut. it really helps to curb your appetite. But you should should also try to exercise walk, jog whatever anything that gets you moving! u could exercise

I suggest you walk for 2 miles EVERY day.

don't eat cakes, pies or chocholate. try exercising a bit and eating healthy food not too much salt and less caffeine. or in other words be tired miserable and hungry, but thinner and less like the goodyear blimp
HTH

stop drinking soda and drink alot of water i mean alot.then run about 2 miles a day split the miles up like 1 mile in the morning and the second at night and in about 2 week u dropp 10 pounds

Try to eat healthy.at least a couple pieces of fruit and veggies a day and GOOD protein (like skinless, broiled chicken)
Go for a walk for 20-30 minutes daily. And not a slow, meandering walk, but a brisk pace.
NO MORE JUNK FOOD!
If I could do it, anyone can!
Good luck

I hope this answer helps you. Its a few basic things you can do on your own at home to help you lose weight.
Be your own trainer and nutritionist, the basic rules to losing weight are no soda, no fast food, lots of chicken, fish, fresh (not canned that’s bad) fruits and vegies, whole wheat stuff, yogurt. Not so many cakes and donuts and cookies. Basic common sense for eating, you just need to enforce it. Get all the bad stuff out of the house right away, just toss it or give it away while your still motivated. No alcohol and no smoking if that applies. Some juice but make sure its all natural, because the ones that aren't are loaded with sugar and a leading cause in diabetes in children and adults. Lots of water, 3-4 liters a day, not all at once, but spread it out. Its really easy to down a liter or two while your watching tv or on the computer. Also drink some after you eat the bigger meals of the day, it helps your body pick out the nutrients in food when your food is more spread apart. You also need to stay away from any sports drinks unless you’ve just had a long workout and then you need to limit yourself. Most atheletes mix Gatorade with water because its two complex for your body to get all the nutrients out of. It needs to be diluted. These rules may be hard to adapt to at first so start with cutting out the things you know you can live without. Then work from there. Remember these are perfect eating habits, it can take you a while to work into it. If you know you can’t live without your one treat a day, don’t fight it by trying to eat something else, just eat it and make sure that’s the only one you cheat on a day. Otherwise you’ll get depressed and quit. Another important point is getting the right amount of sleep every night. You need 8-9 hours of sleep each night for your body to function correctly. This is an important factor of losing weight. Set up a routine for yourself and go to bed at about the same time each night.
As for exercise, lots of cardio. Find something you like. If you have never exercised much before, start with walking 30 minutes a day at a brisk pace. Move on to different terrains that include hills and increase the time spent. After a week or two, try jogging the route. No matter what find an activity you enjoy. Walking to jogging is just an example, try hiking, rollerblading, biking. Once you get into a regular routine, if your not happy with the level of difficulty, try signing up with a gym. Spinning, pilates or kickboxing classes are great. It will also introduce you to working with weights. Talk to a trainer for instruction before using any weights. A cheap investment is a balance ball, it works you stomach while your just sitting on it, like at your computer and its great for posture. There are hundreds of exercises you can use it for for your entire body. I can give you some ideas if you want, just email me. Krista is full of crap:
"Some juice but make sure its all natural, because the ones that aren't are loaded with sugar and a leading cause in diabetes in children and adults. "
BS. Natural juices have sugar also. And there's no proven link between juice and diabetes.
"Lots of water, 3-4 liters a day, not all at once, but spread it out. Its really easy to down a liter or two while your watching tv or on the computer."
More BS. No proof that drinking water is helpful. All this is good for is making you pee a lot.
"Also drink some after you eat the bigger meals of the day, it helps your body pick out the nutrients in food when your food is more spread apart."
WHAT?? This is total crap. There is NO evidence to support this BS. (where does she get this?) Your body does NOT need extra water to "pick out" nutrients. What an absurd concept.
"You also need to stay away from any sports drinks unless you’ve just had a long workout and then you need to limit yourself. Most atheletes mix Gatorade with water because its two [sic] complex for your body to get all the nutrients out of. It needs to be diluted. "
More crap and BS. The science behind Gatorade has been going on for 30 years and there's NO evidence of any "need" to dilute it. It works just fine as-is. Again, your body does NOT need extra water to "pick out" nutrients.

Don't take diet advice from uneducated 19 year olds. It's full of myth and folklore, sadly lacking in truth and science.

To lose weight and keep it off make lifestyle changes. Write down all the bad habits htta make you eat too many calories in a day, then come up with ways to stop any binging or junk food intake. Always make sure you eat loads of fruit and veg as this will not only fill you up, it will provide you with loads of vitamins and minerals and help you look and feel healthy. Don't miss breakfast as this will slow your metabolism, reduce carbohydrate intake in the afternoon and evening and drink plenty of water. Don't eat any junk food, sugary drinks, alcohol or high saturated fat foods (still include oily fish in your diet).

Try taking up running, cycling etc or even a proper sport like soccer. All these will help burn additional calories each day and reduce your body fat.

Exercise has lost of benefits, makes you feel better, makes you look better, makes you healthier, helps you concentrate, helps you socialise and can even reduce your chance of getting cancers and other illnesses.

Sounds like you're too young to be considering weight loss if you're still with your parents. If you're young, DON'T, whatever you do, diet as you'll really mess up your metabolism for ever especially as your body is changing and whilst that is happening you need lots of different kinds of food to ensure you stay healthy and don't wind up getting problems later in life.

Exercise and healthy eating are the only sure ways to remain fit. Don't start on the diet treadmill as it will mess up your body's metabolism (that's how your body deals with food). If you're worried about your health and what you look like, read the following carefully and think about what you want and why you want it. Is it to fit in or is it because you want to be healthy (not thin as thin isn't automatically healthy). Don't diet just because you think you should match up to some impossible to achieve ideal peddled by the media.

There is no such thing as a safe quick weight loss. Diets and diet pills don't work they just act on the pituitary gland and make you lose water. Diets make the body lose water not fat (water loss means weight loss). It's good to exercise or run about and have fun as anything which raises your pulse and makes you sweat is good. If you don't eat enough the body goes into "famine" mode if it doesn't get enough norishment (ie, it thinks it's being starved) and stores anything it does get as fat, rather than glucose (glucose is a form of sugar which is what every cell in your body uses for energy). Every cell in your body respires (this is like breathing - good stuff goes in and bad goes out) and this uses energy, ie, food. Without enough energy, your metabolism slows and food is stored as fat. If the body thinks it's being starved it will begin to break down muscles as muscles require more energy to maintain than fat so dieting may make you lose weight but it's the wrong kind of weight. Why do you think you need to lose weight - has someone said something or is it because you feel unhealthy - do you really need to lose the weight? The only thing guaranteed to get a body healthy (note I don't say "lose weight") is to exercise and eat a healthy, balanced, wide variety of foods plus the occasional treat in moderation (this stops any food becoming "naughty" and therefore craved). Please note that body muscles weigh four times more than body fat because the fibres are so much closer together. Some fat is important on the body as it helps regulate hormonal levels in the body and prevents osteoporosis and other bone wasting diseases in later life. Some fat is important on women as too little can cause periods to stop and bring about fertility problems. Females are made differently to males and a totally flat stomach and no hips isn't healthy on a woman. The question to ask yourself is - how do you look in a mirror - not how much do you weigh. If you think you look untoned, then include some excercise using light weights (low weight, lifted lots of times) into your life.

I have friends who have taken up Pilates and although they never lost weight, their clothes looked fantastic on them, their posture improved and their entire bodies firmed up. I watched this happen. Pilates strengthens your core muscles (the ones that hold your skeleton in place) which makes you stand properly which makes you look slimmer. I believe that yoga also does this although I don't know anyone who has done this. Additionally, try dance (old style ballroom / salsa) as this is a fun way to tone up. Any excercise / activity that raises your heart rate and makes you sweat BUT IS FUN will ensure you stick to it and get fitter.

Additionally, drink lots of water. Lots of people eat when they are in fact thirsty. If you feel hungry, drink a glass of water first and if you're still hungry half an hour later, then eat. Eat sensibly and regularly and don't forget to eat breakfast (so named because it "breaks" the night's "fast"). Missing breakfast starts the day off badly as your body will just crave and store anything you eat later as fat. Try to avoid having too many fizzy, sugar filled drinks or a lot of fried (especially deep fried) foods. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Try not to have too many take away meals (they have lots of hidden salt, sugar and fat) and learn to make and eat proper home cooked meals. Don't cut any "naughty" foods out completely, just cut down to one or two a month as otherwise you'll want them all the time. Eventually, you'll stop wanting to eat junk food.

Hope this helps.
