what is the best time of the day to go running?

Question:
i want to start running to lose ten lbs or more,my gaol is 3-5 miles perday and 3-4 times per week but i'll not push myself too hard in the beginning .I dont want to change my eatting behavior ,do you think i can do it? and i wonder what's different between running in the morning and in the evening

Answers:
i know for a fact that if you wanna lose weight the best time of the day to run is early morining before you have eaten anything. if you havnt eaten anything you dont waste ur energy trying to burn what you just ate. instead your body burns the stored fat for energy then you have the rest of the day to burn the other stuff and you have a head start and you dont have do worry bout it. running in the moring will also increase you metabolic rate for the day so you can eat more of the foods you want.
I reccomend you read The Complete Book of Running By James F. Fixx

Other Answers:
early in the morning or later on in the evening //

later in the evening is the best time. drink a lot of water too.it will help you a lot Morning time is the best as the oxygen level is much better, pollution level is at low, you are fresh without preoccupation and can therefore concentrate better on the run and on the thought of reduction of your size (sorry! I mean weight).

I would run in the morning,it's just safer than at evenings..To many sick-os out there, specially in the evenings.Your being alittle hard on yourself with your goal.I would say,1 to 2 miles for your goal.Puts alot of stress on your body. GOOD LUCK.
