Is there a diet for people who work on a shift?

Question:
I work 12 hours a day. I work 4 days and then I'm off 4 days. All of the diets I read about want you to eat when you get up and then eat every 2-3 hours. That's a lot of eating when you get up at 3:30 am and don't go to bed until after 10pm. I usually try to wait and eat after 8am, but that is waiting 3-5 hours after I get up.

I need something tailored to burn the fat off the mid-section.belly, hips, thighs.

Answers:
If you are looking for something that is tailored for you, it will not be found in a book! The people that those diets are made for are 9-5 people.
I would encourage you to talk to an exercise therapist and/or a dietician for advice about diet and exercise. The two go together when looking at weight loss.

Other Answers:
have more of fruits and veges
