First of all I hope you're not trying to lose any weight. I'm 5'9 myself and at one point I was 125lbs and I was constantly sick all the time because I was twenty pounds underweights. But if you're trying get into shape, with your current weight, really all you need is cardio workouts such as running or Tae Bo, anything a long those lines. You'll burn fat really fast if you do 30-40 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week but you will also build muscle from doing Tae Bo.
