Beer curls. I've noticed that my arms have become a lot more toned since I have started carrying 2lb weights while walking on my treadmill. You wouldn't think 2 lbs could make much of a difference but it honestly does. Good luck with your toning! :O)

I would say using a punch bag.
I do at home and at Taekwondo class

curls for the "top" of your and push-ups for the triceps.or bottom push ups
