Refined wheat is probably the cause of most of the fatness in America. Very fattening and clogs your colon so you are full of shite. It is the main ingredient in pasta, bread, cake, donuts, pizza, sandwiches, bisquits, crackers, pretzels, cookies, pastry and strombolis.

I think he/she means pasta. Pasta is a carbohydrate. Any food in excess is bad for you and fattening
it is just stored energy, and you can get rid of it by just changing your diet, with no fatty foods, sugars, fruits, and have a low carb diet, and all the beef or meat you want, then excercise
If you mean pasta, it's okay in moderation. The best sauce to use with it contains vegetables (primavera) instead of meat.
