i am 5'5 and i weigh around 155 pounds.what should i do?i want to lose weight b4 my 8th grade year!i am a little on the chubby side(but when i turn to the side i look small)and want to be fit for my last year.help me if there is a doctor in the house!

If you go to a fast food restaurant, choose grilled chicken and skip the mayo and the fries.
Stay away from sugar, eat fruit instead, and NEVER EVER SKIP A MEAL! That will only slow down you metabolism (meaning you're body will absorb everything you'll eat),
DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
And don't forget to move! excersise! jog, go ride a bike, skates you'll have fun and you'll burn calories and fat!

BUT THE CHARTS ALWAYS SAID I SHOULD WEIGH AT
LEAST 116. NEAR THE END OF MY 14 TH YEAR, WE MOVED
TO FLORIDA. I LIVED 4 MILES FROM SCHOOL. ROAD MY
BIKE INSTEAD OF BUS. THAT'S A MINIMUM OF 8 MILES A
DAY. ALSO, WHEN THE WEATHER WAS WARM OR HOT,
I LEARNED TO SWIM AND I GOT REALLY GOOD AT IT.
WELL, YOU GUESSED IT, I DROPPED WEIGHT LIKE A ROCK
WITHIN 6 MONTHS I WAS WELL BELOW 116. BOY, DID I
FEEL PROUD OF MYSELF, EVEN IF PEOPLE THOUGHT I
WAS TOO SKINNY THEN. JEALOUS. YEAH, IT WAS ALL THAT EXERCISE THAT I WAS DOING. MY BIKE WAS MY SENSE AND SOURCE OF FREEDOM. IF I DIDN'T RIDE MY BIKE, I WALKED WHERE EVER I NEEDED TO GO. i would say to get down to about 130. so about 25 pounds. eat only about 1500 calories a day and burn about 800. join track. i lost a whole bunch of weight running and whatnot. cross country would work too.

Is 51 kg okay for a 13 year old girl?

well i am 13 (almost 14), 5'6, and 140 lbs. so we're fairly close in size. I usually do some running or walking outside, then take a short break, then do some floor excersizes and stretches.
