These people are right- you are in no way, shape, or form overweight, and it could be very dangerous for you to try to lose weight. What is important for you is to eat healthy- but not less. Don't let those stick-skinny girls on tv and in magazines fool you into thinking you're not thin enough. Those pictures aren't all the way real, and those girls aren't healthy. Have you ever noticed that most models these days have really thin, straight, wispy hair? It's because they're underweight, and when you're underweight your body can't grow thick, healthy hair. Those girls are bordering on anorexia. You don't want to be like that. So concentrate on being healthy, not skinny- because in real life, healthy is beautiful.

You're already probably underweight. You cannot lose 10 to 15lbs healthily, because you likely should weigh more than you do right now. You need to devote yourself to an exercise program. Get a physical checkup first. Your doctor may have some suggestions as to what exercises to do and how often a day. Also, discuss your nutritional needs - your doctor may recommend a special diet to meet your needs. Good luck.
You ned to GAIN weight. If you really think you need to lose weight, you need to go to an inpatient facility that treats anorexia. You CAN die from being underweight, so go see the Dr about it.
