You can, but propel has added flavors and sugars. Your body needs clean, pure, water for hydration and organ function. Water helps your joints, keeps you hydrated, and can make you feel refreshed. Sports waters are loaded with added sugars, etc that you don't need unless you are exercising strenuously for several hours. if pure water doesn't taste good to you, try adding lemon, orange, or lime slices with a little bit of Stevia.a natural sweet leaf sweetener with natural fiber. I suppose you could, but I wouldn't recommend it as your sole source of water.You might end up getting a buildup of vitamins in your system, and too much of anything is bad for you.
I really hate the taste of water - tap, filtered, bottled, whatever. So I usually get a bottle of Propel, and when it's like 1/2 gone, I fill it up with other water.it's still flavored that way, just make sure to shake it up :) hmmm
