My Body fat?


Question:
Why is the top of my stomache always hard and swollen more than the bottom of it like theres a huge knot in it or something.its way bigger then the bottom half I dont know why.should i have it checked?

Could be a lot of things. It could be bloating (believe it or not, people who produce too much excess gas can rupture their stomach wall if it's not released), it could be that the muscles aren't contracting properly, it could be excess fat, it could be something bad.who knows. It's really difficult to say. See a doctor to get a proper diagnosis.

You should see a doctor - I don't think this kind of thing is diagnosable online. Excercize, I know , we do not like to exercize but there is a simple routine to fix this. lay on your back in bed and raise your leg as high as you can repeatedly without resting it back on the bed. Then do the other one. do it five minutes everyday and you will see results.


if you look like a freshly opened tin of biscuts when you wear a halter top and shorts then you are too fat. If the top of your stomach is hard after you eat and causes you any discomfort then go see a doctor before you die.


i would definitely see a doctor about it - go to a specialist if she/he suggests it, but otherwise don't bother. i would see someone though, it sounds a little strange.

I think you need to choose a good diet plan to reduce the excess fat i think u have definitly go to doctor to check it.
and also i just think u might have intestine swelling.
