#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

I've been taking Trim Spa which has hoodia in it, and I've lost 9lbs in less than a month. It doesn't work for everyone though.
Hoodia controls your need to eat. If you are a big eater then yes it will help. If you are like me though and only eat like once a day anyway and not at a buffet, then no it will not work at all.
I don't think there is a shred of clinical evidence that hoodia actually works.Save your money and just try to stick to some simple rules.Limit the amount of carbohydrates that you consume during the day especially later in the day.Eat lean meat and fish,light yogurt for your protein that can actually keep you thermogenic during the day.Fiber is important but you don't need to count the carbs in it because they do not effect your blood sugar.DONT EAT BEFORE YOU GO TO BED.Look at some of my best answers for more info cause I ran out of room.
