I thought it made you feel full so you don't eat as much.
too much water can kill you, actually.

you can go a long time without eating and hardly any time without water, so if you fill up on water, i guess you won't feel hungary, but eventually you'll need to eat something solid because your body won't be getting any food. starving yourself is not a good way to lose weight.
Guess so. Just be sure you won't overdo it!
Yes, it helps to sweep out the bad things in your system as well as help fill you up when your hungry.l Drink a big glass of water before you eat and you'll discover you eat less also.

The body by 72% of weight is water. Water never increases one's weight. Its just a myth that people say that weight increases because of water. I think drinking a lot of weight helps get rid off problems or infections in the digestive system but at the same time there is no sense when people drink too much water and reduce weight because of it. Drink and enjoy water. Its got nothing to do with increasing one'e body weight and making you fat unlike soda.
yes in some ways, it helps process your food if you take little sips. water is good, too little or too much is bad though. i also know that eating a lot of food that has a lot of water in it like veggies can help you lose weight. combine exercise with dieting and stick to a routine and one diet. to lose weight you have to burn the calories you eat and more to lose the fat. before you eat lunch or dinner load up on the greens so you won't eat a lot of the weight gaining foods. remember control is the key.
Yes,trust me I've tried it.You will lose ten pounds if you drink 3 liters of water everyday for 3 weeks, might sound easy but it's not.I guess nothing good comes easy.Good luck.
ya it does, but try to make it constant
4 eg-after each 1/2 hr or so this is effective.
if one drinks lot of water before taking any meal.it makes you eat in limited quantity n thus helps weigh reduction
Yes it does but you have to be careful because you can drink too "much" water (yeah I know, you can't please anybody, can you?!). There was the case of this one lady who was trying to lose weight and she drank a lot of water but it was being retained in her tissues so she instead gained weight. Stick to the 8 glasses a day.
oh yeah!!
I have been drinking 64 fl oz a day for about a year now, and I have lost 15 pounds! I know that really isnt healthy, but I have water everywhere, and that is all I drink, except for the occasional pepsi or cola.
anyway, drinking water flushes out the toxins much more more often if you know what I mean, but you get used to that. It also keeps your face reletively clean. All I do is wash my face when I get up in the morning, and I'm fine, no creams or anything.(very little acne) a major plus is that you never feel the need to eat endlessly all day. Even when you are bored
NO IT MAY JUST RELAX UR THRUST
I heard it does.
yes it does when done with a combination of proper diet and exercise
