How do I get ABs?

I'm a 24 year old male who has a layer of fat that seem to wont go away over my abdominal. I also have a bad back. What can I do to comfortably get abs. Will I have to cut that fat first?

You need to go to a doctor to do surgery .You can only get abs for getting a surgery .
Exercise is useless you can gain but no Abs right away.I know that coz i watch dr.9002 .doing any kind fo surgery that shown on t.v

well of course your going to have to do a lot of cardio to get rid of the fat. Do a lot of cardio first, and after you loose the extra fat, start doing crunches and ab exercise.

run and do crunches, you want to work up to running about 4-5 miles a day
