what is difference taking a glass of milk or a glass of butter milk ,regarding nutrient value?

I just want to know if one don't like milk but can take curd, can it provide sufficient calcium and other nutrients that one suppose to get through milk.

Answers:
both have similar values except the fat cotents. if you are taking butter milk( tht is made after extracting butter from thr curd) you are taking much little fat as compared to whole milk.

A cup of either of these gives you around 30% of your calcium. If you take lower fat versions, you will get more calcium per calorie.
