well if your a couch potato like me, i bet this would work.

Remote Control Patrol - Who needs a remote control? Stick yours under the couch and the next time you need to change the channel, you'll have to walk all the way to the TV and then back again. The more tv you watch the more exercise you'll get! =P

"I knew you'd say that"- Does you favorite TV show have a catchphrase or something that the character say or do all the time? Pick one or more and everytime the character says (or does) it, stand up and do five jumping jacks. If they say it again do five push-ups. Keep going until the show is over.

Stair Master- at every commercial break, run up and down the stairs as many time as possible until the show comes back on.
