Question:
I don't want the get all muscular.I just want to get rid of the fat with out getting musules?I'm not fat at all, becaues I work out,but my arms are a bit on the fat side?what foods should I stop/start eating to loss it?

Answers:
I think that you should take up pilates.

Here is one that makes your arms feel really worked.

Stand with parrallel feet, you feet should be hip distance apart.
Hold your arms out (go back to your childhood days and pretend your an areoplane, but with just the arms).
Open up your hands (so they aren't balled up) and make sure your palms are facing the opposite way that you are stading.
Do little circles with your arms, and change direction. Count to eighty and don't stop even if your arms feel like falling off. If you do it right about every day, then you should be okay.

You could also try walking with dumbells, they shouldn't make your arms all muscular.

Other Answers:
arm curls and push ups.

i'd guess by exersizing you can do push- and pull-ups.
at first, when you start, do five reps of five push ups.
then when you start getting comfortable with it, do five to ten reps of ten to fifteen pushups.
you can do the same for pull ups.
you won't get immediate results, but it really works.

and don't eat too much fish fat.
that gives your arm the excess wieght

You should definately do aerobic exercise to burn fat. (At least 30 min. 3 times a week). Use light free weights( 3 times a week also) to do arm exercises. Light weights won't bulk, just tone. Also, Pilates is good for toning. The foods not to eat would be all the processed, high fat, high sugar stuff.
