i dont like cardio but i know thats a good way to lose weight
so whats a good one for cadio and weight lifting

attempt for a gym two months, after that walk or bycicle half an hour a month, then you can avoid exercise the rest of the year or move with intention while eating or watch television. Can you move your muscles while doing nothing? your family and friends already know, go figure.
A good exercise routine would be walking or swimming or dancing make sure to drink alot of WATER!
