Answers:
If one exercise is not working for you perhaps your body has already adjusted to it. From what I have read your body adjusts itself to your routine and tries to maximize its own efficiency. Since you have walked for three years, your body is probably already very efficient at walking and is able to burn the least amount of calories possible for this task. This is why people complain that the last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose. But don't give up! Perhaps amp up your routine and start jogging or walking while carrying small weights and swinging your arms. Or change what and when and how much you eat. If all else fails, try a personal trainer or consulting a doctor that there isn't an underlying medical condition like insulin resistance. I am trying to lose weight too so I feel your pain! Good luck.

Is it possible that you do not eat enough? If you walk like 3 hours a day and do not eat enough, your body goes in starvation mode!
Sounds like a tough situation. You may need help from someone at a gym. However, first if you want, you may want to try this. Think about and even list the things you drink. My personal weaknesses include mountain dew and sugary drinks. I'm fairly fit, but have like a couple of extra pounds. Some people call me skinny, but they don't see my little tire trying to grow..lol Anyway, I could probably lose this if I really got strict with my diet.

Plus you may need to get a little more aerobic. Walks are good, but my theirselves may not burn enough calories. You need to burn more calories than you intake.

Sorry, don't mean to talk about myself; just thought it might give you some insight. Good luck!
You could try cutting calories or eating different foods.
When I say "cutting calories", I don't mean starving yourself, but try reducing the amount you eat by a small portion.
You could also try eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. This helps by allowing your body to burn off calories as you consume them, rather than digesting one large meal.
Try drinking more water and eating foods high in fibre.
More fruits and vegetables too.
The best thing to do is get your tyroid checked. Most people don't realize how important a tyroid is.Good luck.Drinking lots of water and staying away from the carbs and calories, will do you good.
While a good diet is VERY important (try slim-fast.com) they have great diet plans. And no its not just drinking shakes.

I think your aerobic activity isn't quite enough. Yes, you're walking, but are you just taking leisurely strolls? If so you're heart rate isn't getting high enough to burn any calories.

You should definitely join a gym. If you have 3 hours to walk around while your daughter is in school you definitely have time to go to a gym.

The gym will give you more of a cardio selection and you can add strength training. I assume you are a woman. Don't think you'll end up looking like a man. That's a common misconception women have. When we combine strength training and cardio we tend to lose more weight than cardio alone, we tone up and we look great.

I'm not sure about online stuff. But magazines likes women's health and shape offer great exercise tips.
