Try Squats! Stand with your hands just below your hips and bend down so that your legs make a diamond shape(ie your knees are the two furthest away points) and hold position. You should feel a tightening in your thighs. Alternatively sit on the floor with legs outstretched, knees at an outward angle and soles of feet together.Clasp feet in hands and hold your for as long as is comfortable.
Try the Claire Sweeney video, my sister toned up so much she went from size 22 to a size 14 in under 2 months. Hope this helps, maybe my descriptions aren't great, but give it a try, has always worked for me.
