What is a sure fire way to develop a very high vertical jump?


Question:
I'm talking like David Thompson, Dr. J, Vince Carter, Clyde Drexler, or Grant Hill type of hops! I want to jump out the gym and never come back. Give me some sure fire exercises that will work and none of these workout programs because I've tried a lot of them already.

That are used specifically for power in sports. Another thing you might want to try is "Jumping Squats" which are semi-plyometric.
