cardio.just run, run, run! It burns the fat off fast.
I think you need to do more aerobic exercises, where you do a lot of running or walking or biking. Or you could work out with small weights, doing it more times, instead of fewer times with larger weights.
Running, stairmaster and biking. Stairmaster tones and adds cardio.
walking burns fat. running builds muscle. so do running for a long period of time. hope i was a help!
yoga or pilates gives you more leaner muscle

that's natural..you will HAVE to replace the body fat with muscle, which is very good..cardio is good for burning fat but not giving you that "bulky" look.sorry to tell you though that the only replacement for body fat is muscle, but it's a very good thing.much healthier than fat..
My guess would be to do heavy cardio and stay away from any weights. I recommend running outside, playing basketball or running sprints on a football field. If you do cardio for an hour at a time 3-4 days a week and eat healthy, your body fat should drop quickly. When you start to lose body fat, you will also start to appear more muscular because your body fat is revealing the muscle you already have. This can make someone look like they are gaining muscle when they aren't. I hope this helps.
All exercises use muscle and stimulate your body to build more muscle. They also burn fat by using up your body's energy stores that it doesn't normally use. There are no exercises that don't use muscles, so there are no exercises that can burn fat but not gain muscle. However, low-weight, high-repitition exercises burn fat and define muscle more than building it. That kind of exercise is more suited for what you want. By the way asking if there was an exercise that didn't build muscle was stupid.very, very, incredibly stupid.have a nice day.
Like the others said, cardiovascular exercise is key. However, there really isn't any exercise that builds absolutly no muscle, but running would build less than actual weight lifting.
Sit ups don't really burn that much fat as much as they build your stomach muscles. I think your stuck w/running/jogging/walking.
Seen that thing on t.v.? 'The Sauna Belt'. Like a sauna, but a large belt you can put on. I'm not really sure how well that actually works, and if it would only remove "water weight" but that wouldn't build any muscle.
Yes, I agress, running and more running, if that's what you want to just burn serious amount of calories to burn fat! Run every time you can!
Building muscle is a good thing. It speeds up your metabolism, which will help you burn fat.
Intense cardio generally. Are you male or Female? Why dont you want to gain muscle? Every 5 lbs of muscle you gain, youre body burns an additional 300 calories daily even when your resting. having a bit more muscle helps burn the fat. So losing fat and gaining muscle kind of go hand in hand.
But if you really just want to burn fat, eat well and do alot of cardio type excercises
