Bulimia.and crunches.
Crunches will give you a 6 pack , but if you don't do some running, you will keep the keg! Do some arobic work, walking and/or running. Only thing that works.and 13 lbs in 15 days? Sorry, ain't gonna happen and still be healthy.

Personal experience.
You have to do lots of cardio to actually burn body fat and then belly fat. Crunches will make your stomach look bigger cause your building muscles under a layer of belly fat. I most highly recommend running to get your body fat so low you can actually see those abs your building.
Your crunches are actually putting more weight on you since muscle weighs more than fat.

Drink water only (lots = 8 x 16 oz.) and don't add anything to it. Water is H2O, if you combine anything with it you change the chemical makeup. That includes teas, coffee, juices (esp. pulp), sugar, etc. Eat salads with only vinegar and oil. This opens the bowel track. Make sure you have protein supplements and no iron. Walk at least 30 minutes after eating. You can drink water and eat when you're hungry. I went from 235 to 173 in two month on an 1800 calorie diet.
Try a cleansing diet! I tried this and lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in 9 days. Then I continued it and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. This program works to remove the toxins in the body that are stored in the fat cells. You cannot get rid of the fat cells unless you get rid of the toxins. We get toxins from pesticides, preservatives, fast food additives, chemicals, pollution, smoke etc… This was my first experience with cleansing and it worked wonderful!

Here are some changes you can make one at a time that can give you quick weight loss results:

Eat breakfast

A lot of people skip breakfast. This is a big mistake if you are trying to lose weight. Studies show that those who do not eat breakfast will overeat later in the day. Also, eating breakfast gets your metabolism going, and so whatever is eaten in the morning is metabolized better. If you are not a breakfast eater, try a fruit smoothie or other nutritional shakes.

Drink water

Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Ice water is best because it will speed up your metabolism. Water is, of course, calorie free and flushes out fat. And lastly, drinking water about a half hour before eating will curb your hunger and will make it less likely that you will overeat.

Add vegetables

Adding vegetables to some of your favorite dishes is a good way to get in some extra servings of veggies every day. Some examples are: sauces, soups, omelets, sandwiches, and salads. Of course, vegetables make a great snack by themselves or dipped in low-calorie dressings.

Try to eat more salads

If you're anything like I used to be, as soon as I heard the word "salad," I would immediately think "boring!" That is until I figured out how creative one can be when making a salad. Try adding new vegetables that you haven't tried before or adding boiled eggs, strips of grilled chicken, cheese, and/or nuts. Keep fresh lettuce and spinach leafs on hand, and remember to go easy on the dressing or make your own healthy salad dressing. A healthy and great tasting dressing is mixed olive oil and lemon juice.

go running, if you only do crunches you are building muscle under the fat, not getting rid of the fat.
