walking the baby in the stroller - a couple miles at least then a shoty serobic routine at home while he is napping. watch your carbs you can't unless you starve yourself or go on some fad diet..both of which are unhealthy and will result in more weight gain in the end. you need to adopt a healthy eating style and start an exercise program that included at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. you need to visit a nutritionist to help you recognize and incorporate a healthy meal plan that meets your needs and helps you achieve your goal without feeling deprived. drink plenty of green tea and nice clean water. eat high fiber, brightly colored, nutrient dense fruits, berries, and vegies. eat soy products, and low/non fat dairy, and eat high fiber cereals such as light granola, oatmeal, shredded wheat and snack on multigrain crackers and triscuits, light popcorn, fruit, vegies.but, you need to get active. start walking 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes after dinner.
You can't. The only safe way to lose weight is to do so gradually, around 2-3 lbs a week. Anything more and your body will be in danger of shutting down. And any way, if you try to drop weight that fast, it will mostly be water weight which you'll just put back on when you drink water.
If you are under 30 you can, cut out sugar, salts [no sweeties, no soda drinks of anykind] 45 minutes of cardio a day and weight training. You have to get good heatly meals aday and drink plenty of water.
