I have about 65-70 lbs to lose, any suggestions?

ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE!I have never been an exercise buff ,so running and anything too vigorous is not realistic for me. Can you suggest certain foods to eat and to stay away from. Certain exercises and how long? How many times a week?

only way to lose weight is eat less and move more. I'm on nutrisystem now and down 25 pounds in 9 weeks

eat SOO much less cals. try to eat negative calorie food like mostly ALL fruits and veges.dont eat anything like chips or chocolate or soda..even diet. drink coffee or tea on an empty stomach and eat those fruits and veges.no bananas. and make sure you get low fat milk everything low fat.youll lose weigh tREALY wuicky. limit yourself and limit your carbs as well

try a 1000 calorie diet a day.fruits and veges dont count..they are negativ eat as much of them as you want
first thing i recommend is not to eat fast food of any kind. also try taking walks. your baby will like the scenery. you could possibly try counting calories and eating slower. if you eat fast it takes a while for your body to let you know its full.
I'm not saying if you're married to get a divorce, but.
it sure helped me take off about 25 lb.s. I notice whenever I'm going through something emotionally traumatic I just lose the will to eat. Any wayz, I guess I'm suggesting to go through emotional trauma. Good Luck.
If you want to lose weight you will have to exercise but you don't have to do it in a gym. There are websites right online that will show you what exercise will do the most good for what area of your body. Just google exercise or weight loss sites.

Walking is a great exercise too and not too vigorous. You can take the baby in a stroller or find someone to stay for an hour a day so you can take a long walk. I walk a mile and a quarter daily with my dog and find my body has firmed up immensely. I also set myself up with a 15 minute workout that I do 3 or 4 times a week with no problem

The real answer here is that you will have to eat much less food.

If you can cut your eating habit in half, you'll be able to eat the things you've always eaten..otherwise, avoid white foods - rice, potatoes with butter, margarine, ice cream, noodles.. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Leafy green veggies will provide most of the nutrients you need for good health.

Good luck! It takes time so don't get discouraged and give up. Sometimes you will be losing inches rather than pounds, and will not notice for awhile. Others will though.
