Workout music?

Question:
If you listen to music when you workout, what is your favorite type?

Answers:
Anything with a good rythym, or beat....But, funny you should ask, because, just last week, I was working out to Joss Stones, album, "Mind, body & Soul", and when the songs were fast, I'd work-out fast, and the slow ones, I'd do isometrics, too, slowly. And so on..through her whole album... I can work-out to anything, with a semi-fast, beat, so long as its not like "Heavy-Medal", I am not a fan, of Noise!!! Good Question!!!

Other Answers:
I know it's weird, but I listen to the 'Queer As Folk' season two sountrack. It's very motivating!
Supergirl by XTC!
Anything with a really great beat...not only does it make me feel good, but then I can workout at a better, more even pace.
heavy metal all the way! pumps you up real good.
Alice Deejay. I think her music is perfect for workouts. Some of her songs that I think are good workout songs are: "better off alone," "back in my life," "the lonely one," etc. listen to those if you haven't already.
somthin with beat, like the good oldies rock, or somethin from gwen stefani
Lil' Wayne...............WEEZY BABY!!!!!!!!
smile empty soul, crossfade, or real hardcore rap
anything upbeat and fast. but my favorite is like hip hop/pop. somethign with almost a dancy sound.
Listen to "Breathe" by Fabolous, now that's good. So is "Remember the Name" by Fort Minor. Just check into them, trust me.
Rock, punk rock, hip hop, rap and r&b. For example lil wayne, ashlee simpson, avril l, beyonce, kelly clarkson, ashanti, aaliyah and ja rule just to name a few.
i switch oldies around

right now its the not real old-oldies....Tom Petty (I walk)
If you have an iPod, you should get the podcast PODRUNNER. It's free and there are hours of fast-pasted songs without lyrics that you can download. Each song is about 1 hour, so it's great because the rhythm and beat stays the same for your whole workout; awesome if you're running, doing aerobics, etc. I just downloaded it today and think it's great!
Personally I like to listen to Metal, and upbeat energizing music like the kind that makes you want to get up and dance or something. My favorite: Wheel of Fortune from the Pirates of The Caribbean soundtrack!
I Like The Oldies Music.
personally i listen to fast tracks that i couldnt concentrate on it coz if i sing with it or concentrate i ll lose work out activity and i like techno make me hyper :D
Try some nofx, badreligion or anything with a driving beat... metal can be good too but it has to be melodic and elateing not just gruff and depressing.... anger and aggression can be channeled effectively into your workout as motivation.
HIP HOP WILL DEF. MAKE U MOTIVATED AND KEEP UR ENERGY
