Meditating is a state of mind in which your body becomes your soul. Your soul is at peace. I sit in a quiet place, concentrate on the center of my mind, and try to see the "light" as your soul is reffered. When meditating you should feel calm, and don't think about a thing. It's hard, but really pays off, after twenty minutes or so, open your eyes slowly. People will notice the change in behavior, and your life will be better. Try doing it every day.
