How much water should a 300lbs women drink per a day.?
Question:
Answers:
These people are NUTS. There is no amount that you "should" be drinking. The "8 glasses a day" and "half your weight" theories have NO basis in science. It's all just myth and folklore. Drink when you're thirsty. No benefit to over-drinking.
Other Answers:
8 GALLONS
As much as possible.drink it in place of ALL sodas and juices. You will get used to it.put a lemon or lime or even an orange in it to give it some flavor.
Actually, that's 2x the recommended amount, but if you aren't feeling sick it's probably ok. Actually, I drink pretty close to that, water , juices, and milks, and since I started doing that I have felt so much better. it will also help you feel full if you have had trouble with eating too much (it helped me)
I think that 2 liters--64 ounces--8 cups or a little bit more than that should work. Maybe because you're dieting, 3 liters.
Aim for betwen 64-100 ounces per day. Cut out the sodas and other drinks if you're still drinking them. Limit yourself to the water, green tea, small amounts of juice (high sugar, no more than 4 oz at a time and preferably no more than twice per day) and definitely keep the alcohol to a minimum.

you need at least 80 oz. of water per day.just for general health purposes. But if you're trying to lose weight, diet alone isn't going to do it. You need the exercise.anything cardiovascular. Walking is the best. You want to reach 65-85% of your target heart rate. There are sites to calculate what that actually is. Bes of luck to you!!
Ever heard of the water diet they do it in Japan what you have to do is when you wake up in the morning you have to drink 4 glasses of water for breakfast and then have a normal lunch and before dinner drink another 4 glasses of water and have a light dinner it will work you'll see try it.
you really really need to be discussing these things with a doctor, some here might try to make you believe 2 gallons(claiming they are nurse-doctor), o.k.? good luck to you
One half your weight in ounces. Unless you have kidney disease or congestive heart failure, you can't drink too much water. Do avoid sugary sodas and juices (this includes vegetable juices).
You have to drink between 6-8 glasses of 8 oz. About 64 oz per day.

You should drink between 2 quarts (8 glasses of water) but no more than 3 quarts (12 glasses) . . . any more water will be an overload to your kidneys whether you have proplems or not. Disregard whoever said to drink half your weight in ounces!! lol . . . definitely don't do that.
