There is no food or supplement or miracle pill that will reduce the effects of smoking. The only thing that will reduce the effects of smoking is quitting, which you are unwilling to do.
pretty much any healthy food is good, but i don't think that will reduce the effect of smoking...mabey you shoud exercize alot so you don't have too many breathing problems.

if it was me... i would quit smoking to reduce my chances of cancer (throat, lungs, and oral) and heart attack ect...but thats just me.
