Some of my friends have seen very good results by taking protein rich supplements. Especially Soy protein. you should take at least 10 gms of absorbable protein in your diet everyday.

If you are health conscious (like me) you must read this book called "What your doctor doesnt know about nutrition medicine may be killing you" by Dr. Ray Strand, MD. Doing regular pranayam for 10-15 minutes everyday will give sure shot results in a months time. (Take help of a good pranayam instructor)

One of the product available in the market is Nutrilite's Protein Powder which is a soy protein and doesnt have any sugar, preservatives or artificial colours. Take this Protein supplement with Milk. You can add some cream and chocolate flavour also in it if you want.
mate I am 5ft8 and have been 55-60kg since i was a teenager ( am 35 now) I work hard to stay around 60kgs eat lots of rice fish chicken and I do martial arts training aswell I have been to many experts and the only answer I ever get is that I have a fast metabolism that burns off weight ..I am not trying to sound negative but you need to see a doctor and have some expert advice when it comes to nutrition and diet most of the so called weight gain
powders are just flavouring with a very high price tag.the question is why do you want to gain weight..being trim and fit aint all that bad you can get good muscle definition much easier than a bigger guy..and as bad as it is some skeletal structures are not meant to be bulked up they will always stay trim
