Well first, Drink alot of water, atleast 8 glasses a day, stay away from sweets, caffine, fat, and deffinetly Trans fat.
Work out, do Push ups, Sit Ups, Lunges, Walk or run an hour a day (Walk one day, jog the next). Get active in sports or help out around your city, heck you could even make some cash while losing weight.
Eat alot of fruits and vegetables, atleast 8 servings(together).
Drink alot of water.!

ur fuked but i suggest you dont eat anything for those days but drink water. lots of water. u should run at least 5 to 10 miles a day and do crunches and other excersises. again make sure u drink a lot of water. if u have to eat, eat something like cherios and a salad with no dressing.
I'm not sure of the reason you need to lose this weight, but, a high protein, low carb (very low carb diet) will cause immediate water weight loss. In one week you can probably lose 5-8 lbs. from this diet. This probably won't cause actual fat weight loss at first though.
ANOREXIA! you will loose like crazy and if u live of energy drinks u will get a nuf calorieas to live and not be tired so try the dumb blond diet(anorexia!)
It is ridiculous to attempt to loose that much weight in that short of a time span. You would most likely drop dead as your system goes into shock and begins to shut down. If you want to lose weight the healthy way - making lifestyle changes over a longer period of time - then I suggest asking your doctor for his/her advice.
