Question:

Answers:
I know a good recipe but You never should have a specific diet. Never limit yourself to what you have to eat. Just make a habit of reading labels and lowering calories, sugars, and saturated fats.

A good recipe i like is broccoli chicken casserole

i don't have measurements cause i don't measure just use your discretion.

you use boneless skinless chicken breasts, fresh broccoli, Velveeta low fat cheese, (and brown rice optional).

cut up the broccoli, cut up in small pieces marinate the chicken breast in lemon juice and cook the rice if you are going to use it.

Mix all that stuff in a pan and put it in the oven for about 45minutes to 1 hr.

It tastes great and you can vary it any way that you want.

citrus juice is very precious .
when we were doing the Zone diet, there was one snack that was great and low carb, low glycemic, take a rice cake ( we found some that had sesame and tamari seasoning so they weren'; so
bland) spread on 1/4 mashed avocado and then top with some
salsa.....
I love this and it's SO easy. Steam broccoli, then heat a can of fat free chicken broth. Dump both in a blender (I use a little garlic salt) and blend until you have a yummy soup. It always helps me to lose weight, because it's so low-cal and low-fat and also you are getting a great veggie. And it fills you up.
