I am 14 and am really small for my age. I need to get more bicep strength. Any Ideas?

Question:
I am an avid basketball player but you couldnt tell by looking at me. I really want to look like I am strong so people dont underestimate me.

Answers:
The only way to get bigger as in muscle is to work out. Andf you can do this right out of your home. You don't need weights or anything. YES, they would make it better and easier, BUT you don't need them, if you don't have them. You can take ANYTHING that has weight to it, LIKE an empty bleach container and fill it with water. While holding the handle you can lift it and do repititions. Do so many per day and increase the amount of sets. When it becomes TOOOOOO easy to do, get something heavier. You will not build muscle overnight, BUT you will get stronger and with stronger you get muscle. GOOD LUCK.

hmm

Oh, but being underestimated could work to your advantage. Small, quick and smart can beat big and strong, you know.

Besides, don't you think that bulging biceps might look a bit odd on a small 14-year-old? Better to concentrate on staying healthy and fit. You can add weight training to your schedule when you're a little older. Good luck.

pushups, pull ups, join a gym and lift weights, that builds a lot of muscle.
