I hate excercising?

Question:
I'm not obese instead i'm depressed and pretty underweight. I don't really eat because I don't like to (its weird but i'm seeing a dietician) I just was curious if anyone had any suggestions for new ways to excercise that can be fun and at least start me out. Thanks!

I think you answered your own question.
You probably need to find activities that you enjoy and uses them as your exercise. For example if you like golf or tennis you can use that as exercise. Or maybe you like sightseeing so go for a walk around your city or town. There are infinate examples.
They key is to try and enjoy a hobbie and forget that it is exercise.
I spent years in a gym trying to get fit for the Olympic Games. And believe me I hate gym training so I had to invent new and creative ways to keep fit and train hard without the boredom and dislike of the gym.
Exercise doesn't need to hurt or be a bore.
Hope that helps.

Carmen Electra's Striperrobics is pretty entertaining! Other than that, I suggest Pilates. It's a little more high impact that yoga but it's really good for flexibility and muscle tone. Try dancing lessons.

You're not the only one who hates to exercise! Try doing different sports and see which one you like. You can also try workout videos, which might be fun for you. Also, try pilates or yoga.

eat healthier

Have you tried rollerblading? I find it to be the least boring exercise not including indoor rock climbing. I like volleyball but it may not be for everyone.

If you don't want to eat, you should fast. See site below and read up on it.

Keep in mind (advice on it from 8 MDs) that Alan Cott, MD (where most of the info is from) is a psychiatrist and uses fasting on his patients. He learned about it from head of fasting unit with 200 beds at Moscow Psychiatric Hospital. Also click on "Natural Healing." You need to hear about fasting from experts not from peope who know nothing about it.
