The best way is the old fashion way no enriched food vegean diet is the best for losing wight to lose that much you will need to excersize 10 times a week cardio and resistance i know it's alot but you have a big goal if you excersize 8 times a week you will lose in the 20s(pounds) but give yourself days off for the excersize to be effective. and the number one rule DO NOT eat 2-3 hours before bedtime because you will gain all that lost wieght back. good luck

Believe it or not Richard Simmons "Deal A Meal" is actually the best thing out there. You can do it on your own, cut back on sweet, eat at lease 3 healthy meals a day and 3 good healthy snacks and drink plenty of water aday
