The only way is to eat less calories than you burn..
If you don't work out, you'll need to eat a lot less because working out burns more calories. If you have to eat a lot less, you will be hungry more, which could lead to binging. Don't diet.they don't work long term as a rule.
So try to cut caloric intake by just a small amount, and even though you don't want to, try to exercise for about 30 min 4-5 days a week..you may like it once you start getting in to it. Pick an activity/sport that you actually enjoy so you stick with it..it doesn't have to be at the gym.

okay loseing weight is not easy trust me!! its rough and the only way to lose quick is by purging or starving .and we all know that that is very unlikly for people to do eaisly so getting on a healthy diet will be best. start counting calories thats the only way. calories is what makes you fat so thats what you dont want. you cant lose more than 3 pounds a week and be unhealthy, youll just get a rebound weight and that is more weight added to your body after u lost it. soo take your time u gained it slow so it will come off slow the only way trust me!! in my opinion exercise is best way to loose weight. i could tell you to eat a lot of vegetables and fruit but you'de probably delete this answer. isnt there any sport you enjoy doing? football, basketball? have you ever thought of starting a martial art? i know it sounds strange, but you could be surprised. i went to a martial art with a friend and decided to try it out, and it is great! its a way of defense, great exercise and you could meet new people.
