Yes! It's amazing! You have to use the organic stuff, not just the Heinz brand. I get mine at a health food store. There are so many things that apple cider vinegar is good for - I copied a bunch of stuff off of the web and then bought a book from Amazon on the subject. I highly recommend adding this to your diet everyday - it really helps with weight and complexion and even health!
Edited to add - drinking it is really not that bad. I either add it to water to drink, or I'll add it to an organic fruit juice (usually apple juice) to cut the acidity. The acidity actually helps me with my heartburn (which I get from everything). Once you get used to it you can cut the dilution down. The health benefits far outweigh the 'icky' factor.

I've tried it, and I didn't lose much weight before my stomach got all burned out from too much acid. I was diluting it 1 tbsp to 8 oz water, but it was still too much.
I don't think I could drink it even if I knew I would drop 20 lbs. in 2 days!! Yuk! Good Luck!!

Don't try it for a diet purpose. It does heal stomach aches.
It also helps with dandruff or for skin issues.
But, don't try it for diet purpose.
1 tbs per 1 glass with water. don't take it plain, it will burn like crazy. It also helps if your are getting a cold.
