what kind of work out do you get from using the park swings?

i like to ride my bike for 45 minutes, and than go on the swing for a half hour, how many calories can i burn, form pumping my legs and i do go a little higher than that bar that goes across, i also feel like i work my stomach muscles a little.

you are working your abs as well as your quads...from pumping your legs back and forth...you use a variety of muscles as you do with all movement, but those are the main ones...good job for trying to get active.
