what is better? a vegetarian or an omnivore eating regime? and why?

Question:

Answers:
If by "omnivore eating regime," you mean people eating meat and plants, then most likely it would be omnivore. This is because meat is a reliable source of protein; a source not available as often in vegetarian diets (mainly peanuts and soy are eaten, I believe). However, if you meant that the people eat only omnivores (just making sure), most likely the vegetarian diet would be best. This is due to the fact that vegetables and fruits give us fiber. Without fiber, you cannot excrete solid waste. As many older people could tell you, this is not pleasant. Some people might say that you could get the fiber from the animals you are eating, and that is partly true. You would get some of the fiber from the plants they ate, but not all of it. You would need to eat large amounts of plant eating animals before getting the required fiber. One more quick thing: I believe the previous answerer was mistaken by what you said. An omnivore eats meat and plants, and carnivores eat just meat.
