Is an all salad diet healthy?


Question:
i usually wake up around 10 or 11, if i waited to eat till around 12 and ate a salad and had a salad for dinner with a snack(a small bowl of carrots) in between the two, would that be healthy?

Answers:
Healthier than most diets. But you need some protein in there somewhere, and it does not have to be meat. Easiest method would be to add some croutons and shredded ham or eggs to the mix. If you are totally against animal products, there are certain other combinations of vegetable matter that will give you what you need. Google for them. The key part is you have to eat them at the same time to get the potein combination.

Afraid not,first U try to go to bed early and wake up early,next besides salads take protein rich foods since the former doesn't contain it. when isn,t a salad healthly/it what yu put in it.fruit good,vegtables beans,raw veggies.carrots,cucumbers,etc.
try getting up if you can earlier so you can ge t extra meal in too.
