Pilates? Experience stories? what is the most inches you lost in like 2 - 3 weeks?


Question:
I only have like 2 or 3 weeks to lose like 1-2 inches off my stomach, what is the most you lost doing pilates or something else in 2-3 weeks? Any other thing besides pilates that I could do at home that is not to stressful or straining but works very effeciantly? I am at home all day with 2 kids so I can't go run or anything. I'm 15 so I don't know how my metabolism works and stuff. Thanks.

i dont know about pilates but if you have kids that are 5 or 7 that you are babysitting then take them outside and play tag or walk to a park or just play games with them. i have a 5 yr brother and i would take him outside and we would make obstacle course and run through them and just have fun. surprisingly little kids love to excersize. so just tell em that you want to do an excersizing game

The infomercials would have you think otherwise, but Pilates is not good if you want to lose inches. Aerobics does that. Get the Firm videos. they guarantee results in 10 workouts but you'll se them in 4 or 5 and OMG they work very well.
