How do you stay motivated?


Question:
I used to go to the gym alot but because I work at nights it was very difficult to go in the mornings after. I bought a treadmill and now it has turned into a clothes hanger. I tried even putting a tv there but there is just no desire to exercise. What would you do?

Try playing your favorite music. It usually gets you all pumped so when you start singing you forget all about what you're doing.

everybody is differnet, differet motivation, mine is pictures, or results, once i start dropping, even a pound, or once i feel a water reduction, i am 100% motivated, u just need to stick it out for a week, feel lighter, even if u did not loose weight yet, and u feel so good!

i work 12 hour nights. i actually have enough down time (sometimes) to exercise at work. if not i just work out in my garage when i get home. i do cheat though, i find a lot of motivation in coffee. this is not the excercise to do for you. try some different types


Whenever I am at the gym i motivated myself by bringing my cd player to listen to my favorites while excercising. I also look at magazines with celebrities like Beyonce and anyone else with great bodies. Also since it is closer to summer time then i know that i want to look good when i go shopping for halter tops and who wants to be heavier in the summer?
